Offence for improper use of the words "Perkongsian liabiliti terhad" Any person who carries on business under any name or title of which "Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad" or the abbreviation "PLT" is the final word or abbreviation the person, unless the business is duly registered under this Act, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both. |
